Hurricane Solutions warranty: Standard warranty five (5) years on material and one (1) year on labor

Whether we installed your hurricane shutters or another company did they need to be maintained. If our company (Hurricane Solutions) did, we will show you how maintain them before we leave, but sometimes life gets busy, and we forget them until a hurricane threatens and guest what your shutters don't work either something simple as the battery is dead in the remote or the accordion shutter will not lock due to dirt or salt getting into the lock or you roll down shutter will not go down. We will perform a yearly or semiannually maintenance (this is standard for shutters 5 miles from coastal water). There is No contract to sign) We have 2 plans

Maintenance plan: We will come to your home or place of business and lubricate and check the operation of the shutters.

Lifetime warranty: We will come to your home or place business and inspect all the shutters by removing the covers of rolling shutters check the motor, idler bearing, slat, rails, check all fasteners wash and lubricate the shutter. for accordions shutters we will check all fasteners, top wheels that roll the shutters across the track clean and check the locks that secure the shutters wash and lubricate and check the operation of the shutters. We will give you fully written details of our findings with the cost. Then we sit down and talk about a maintenance plan. (Please note the warranty does not include the finish or any damage due to weather).
